Waver of Liability

• Upon arrival, all guests are required to sign a Waiver of Liability release form. If requested, a copy of this Waiver of Liability release form can be sent to you in advance.
   

Denial of Participation

• Your safety is one of our primary concern here at Awe Jungle Excursions.

• Booking and/or payment of Adventure tour does not guarantee participation of tour and as such, Awe Jungle Excursions has the right to refuse participation of any person at any time for any reason due to concern that the person's fitness or actions might put themselves, or others, in harm's way.

• Alternative activities will be recommended or if you prefer, payments made to Awe Jungle Excursions will be refunded in full

Cancellation/Refund

• For any cancellation due to weather please refer to our Cancellation Notice. 

• Any reservation cancelled by client in 45 days or more of initiating itinerary will be refunded in full.

• Any reservation cancelled by client 44 to 15 days of initiating itinerary, will result in the client receiving 50% refund.

• Any reservation cancelled by client 14 days or less of initiating itinerary will result in no refund.

• Any reservation where there is a “No Show” will result in no refund
