Davis Falls Adventure Tour and River Tubing

Heavy rain in the area can cause the water level in the creeks and rivers to go above safety levels forcing us to cancel the tour.

 

This can happen at any moment and so it is difficult for us to give our guests advance notice on any cancellations on our adventure tours. We will inform all our guests as soon as possible about any cancellations, but due to the unpredictable nature of the water levels, it is not always possible for us to do this in a timely manner. 

If the water level changes considerably and it is not safe to go on the tour, it will be cancelled. Awe Jungle Excursions apologizes for any inconveniences caused because of the cancellation of these adventure tours with little or no notice.

In the event of cancellation, Awe Jungle Excursions will offer our guests the option to reschedule to a later date. If, for what ever reason, our guests decide to not partake in the adventure tour at another time we will provide a full refund and will assist our guests however we can to schedule something else for the day (whether that be with us or with another company).
